Na semana em que se comemorou o Dia Internacional da Mulher, o deputado federal Beto Richa (PSDB-PR) ajudou a aprovar, no plenário da Câmara, uma série de projetos que ampliam os direitos das mulheres e crianças e também combatem crimes e abusos. Para o parlamentar, todo esse esforço é necessário para garantir o avanço de políticas públicas em defesa das mulheres.
Um dos projetos aprovados (PL 976/2022) cria uma pensão especial aos filhos e dependentes menores de 18 anos de mulheres vítimas de feminicídio. A pensão especial, no valor de um salário mínimo (R$ 1.320), será destinada ao conjunto dos filhos biológicos ou adotivos e dependentes cuja renda familiar mensal per capita seja igual ou menor do que 25% do salário mínimo (R$ 330). O texto segue agora para análise do Senado.
“Trata-se de mais um passo para garantirmos o suporte mínimo necessário para os atingidos por essa violência abominável. É obrigação do Estado garantir uma política pública de acolhimento que possibilite amenizar os impactos desse tipo de tragédia”, avaliou Beto Richa.
Outra proposta aprovada (PL 2113/2019) garante à mulher o direito de troca de implante mamário decorrente de tratamento de câncer, sempre que houver complicações ou efeitos adversos. Prevê ainda acompanhamento psicológico e multidisciplinar especializado das mulheres que sofrerem mutilação total ou parcial de mama.
As normas valerão tanto para o setor privado quanto para o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). No âmbito do SUS, o projeto determina também que o procedimento seja realizado no prazo de 30 dias após a indicação do médico assistente. A proposta será enviada à sanção presidencial.
Também aprovado nesta semana, o projeto 4534/21 torna crime condicionar a prática de dever de ofício à prestação de atividade sexual. Ele inclui no Código Penal nova tipificação com pena de reclusão de 2 a 6 anos. Se a atividade sexual for consumada, a pena será de reclusão de 6 a 10 anos. A proposta será enviada ao Senado.
Com voto favorável de Beto Richa, foi aprovado ainda o projeto 3792/2019, que cria o selo “Empresa Amiga da Mulher”, a ser concedido a empresas pela adoção de práticas de inclusão profissional de mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica e familiar. A proposta será enviada ao Senado.
