O ex-governador Beto Richa participou nesta sexta-feira (9) do Programa de Educação Política do Cooperativismo Paranaense, de iniciativa da Ocepar, no qual expos as suas propostas para o setor como candidato a deputado federal pela Federação PSDB/Cidadania.
“Nos oito anos de governador, demonstrei na prática o meu compromisso com as cooperativas e os cooperados de todo o Paraná. Fiz tudo o que estava ao meu alcance para contribuir com o fortalecimento das cooperativas, que são a verdadeira locomotiva da economia paranaense, gerando centenas de milhares de empregos”, afirmou Richa.
Saudado no início do programa pelo presidente do Sistema Ocepar, José Roberto Riken, Richa recordou várias medidas adotadas em seu governo em favor do segmento.
Lembrou que o programa Paraná Competitivo, implantando em seu governo em janeiro de 2011, apoiou várias cooperativas que expandiram suas atividades com a instalação de novas plantas industriais, ampliação das já existentes e instalação de novos armazéns. Da mesma forma, diversas cooperativas foram beneficiadas com financiamentos do BRDE (Banco Regional de Desenvolvimento do Extremo Sul) – mais de R$ 4 bilhões foram contratados com o setor, entre 2011 e 2018, em operações de crédito. Agrária, Copacol, Castrolanda, Frimesa, Lar, Sicredi e várias outras cooperativas foram contempladas com financiamentos do BRDE.
Richa enfatizou que o investimento em infraestrutura de transporte e logística foi fundamental para elevar a produtividade das cooperativas e de toda a economia do Estado. Nesse sentido, foram investidos cerca de R$ 1 bilhão (recursos públicos e privados) na ampliação e modernização do porto de Paranaguá, com várias operações de dragagem, a extensão do cais e a compra de novos shiploaders.
Esses aportes transformaram Paranaguá no porto mais eficiente do País, ao acabar com as imensas filas de caminhões que se formavam ao longo da BR 277, reduzir os tempo de espera de navios ao largo da baía e permitir que os maiores navios do mundo atraquem em seu terminal. “O resultado são recordes consecutivos na movimentação de cargas do porto de Paranaguá”, disse Richa.
O governo Richa investiu na Ferroeste, com a compra de 400 vagões e cinco locomotivas que dobraram a sua capacidade de transporte e atraíram as cooperativas, depois de ter saneado as finanças da empresa, que estava quebrada.
Richa falou ainda dos investimentos no setor rural, ao citar a criação da Adapar (agência de defesa agropecuária do Estado), elevação do seguro-agrícola, aumento do fundo de aval, o programa de readequação de estradas rurais, a concessão de calcário e óleo diesel ao pequeno produtor, o programa de manejo de solos e assistência técnica ao agricultor. Lembrou ainda que, em sua gestão, foram construídas 13.500 unidades de moradia rural, um recorde na ação da Cohapar (companhia de habitação do Paraná), alcançado em parceria com o governo federal e prefeituras.
“O diálogo permanente é a marca do nosso relacionamento”, disse ele, recordando ter ficado lisonjeado com o Troféu Ocepar, que lhe foi conferido em 2017 em reconhecimento ao trabalho em favor do cooperativismo. “Foi um privilégio ter trabalhado com este setor tão dinâmico da economia do Paraná. Nossa ação continua”.
